Iraq is determined to develop its oil industry, despite attempts to dissuade it

Deputy Chairman of the parliamentary Commission on oil and energy, Ali al-Fayyad said that "Iraq is going on to develop its oil industry despite external attempts trying to dissuade it to go in this direction."
He told / NINA /: "The government's plan to develop the oil industry and increase the production of crude oil and gas began through the licensing rounds and it will continue for other rounds in order to increase the oil production and export to high levels."
